  2. Hello,

You can now get verified on forum.

The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

You may not use a fake pictures for verification. If you try to verify your account with a fake picture or someone else picture, or just spam me with fake pictures, you will get Banned!

The pictures that you will send me for verification won't be public

Just moved into this new condo about a month ago.

having a bit of a problem with one of the bedrooms. The previous owner has Blue carpets and orange walls in that bedroom. The trim on the windows is burshed aluminum. Not too much to this room but i was wondering what color could i paint the walls??

The kitchen is beutifull. It has white cabinetry, black marble counter tops and black marble martini bar. All the other accesories are chrome whith exception to the fridge which is stainless steel.

I mentioned that because the room is off of the kitchen. oh and the kitchen floor has a very neutral beige tile.

i just dont like the blue carpet with the orange walls. doesnt feel right. any tips??the carpet has to stay for now.

I like the whites with just a slight hint of colour in them, they're nice and bright but not as stark as brilliant white.
One with a hint of blue would go well with the carpet, and wouldn't clash with the aluminium windows

How about painting the walls that neutral beige color to kind of blend it with the kitchen? And that color should look nice with the blue carpet.

I stick to black-white-earthy tones-dark blue-deep red. That goes for everything, house, car, clothes. All other colors seem a little too feminine to me.

Yeah i was thinking that too. ALso maybe a light milk chocolate brown would go as well I think. What color drapes would you go with as well? or blinds etc? you think if the walls were the beige color you could go with a ratan type blind?? how about duvet, pillows etc?

Me, I'd rip out the carpet. I like warm colors. For that matter, I would never have opted for the black and white in the kitchen.

So I guess what I'm saying is, I'm not the person you want to ask. :)

Hiya Peaches. I'd either go with a very pale blue or a white with a blue tint, as Chunky mentioned, for the walls. Complimentary color would be pale yellow or off white for curtains and such. Those colors would also compliment the colors in the kitchen.

now if someone at the gym heard you say that out loud, what would happen?

but seriously, more men need to think more aesthetically coordinated. so many men are messy and dont care how things look inside an apartment or condo.

messy living conditions can slightly lower property value, and really messy living conditions can lead do serious mold, mildew, and rotting problems; some things that can seriously devalue your investment.

You mean you aren't a Florida Gators fan? Orange and blue go great together!!!

j/k I personally think a light blue with darker blue carpets would look good. Just my two cents worth.

OMG it's gorgeous! Speaking for myself, I'd tend toward peach or apricot. The tinted whites and pale yellow would still work though. You could work in the chocolate brown for the masculine touch.

    blue and orange??? yuck!

Off white would go well with the blue and the rest of the place. You seem to have a lot of neutral colors in there though. You might want to add an accent color in there for some "punch."...but not orange.

Paint the walls black...get a black carpet...get all black furniture...and then maybe complement it with some nice pastel curtains. :p

Very true. He could also reface the whole place and put up stone walls with assorted chains and shackles hanging about. Get a couple of old-fashioned torture devices for furniture, and perhaps scent it with the stench of rotting corpses.

Actually, that'd be pretty cool sans smell of corpses.
