Damire C. Palmer, the man videotaped brutally battering a Macy’s employee in Flint Twp, Mich. last month, will likely be avoiding jail for his heinous actions because he testified that his brother lied to him and said that the employee called him the “N-Word.”

In diversity-occupied America, a black thug saying that he heard a naughty word gives him an excuse to go on a rampage with virtually no repercussions. That’s how multiculturalism works, and the type of criminal justice reform that Black Lives Matter savages are pushing for nationwide.

Palmer told Genesee District Judge Jennifer J. Manley on Wednesday that his brother told him the Macy’s employee said the “N-word.” This caused perp to lose control of his faculties and swing into a rage against the hapless employee who begged for mercy.

“The statement that (my brother) made was untrue and I swung on him for no reason,” said Palmer regarding his vicious assault of the employee that happened on July 15.

“But you took your brother at his word, right?” asked Genesee County Assistant Prosecutor Patrick McCombs.

“Yes, I did,” Palmer said.

After Palmer pleaded guilty to a single count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, he could have received up to 10 years in prison and/or a $5,000 fine. However, he is exploiting the Holmes Youthful Training Act to skirt justice after his heinous assault.

Apparently, the ethnomasochistic victim is fine with Palmer receiving no real punishment following the assault. Now, he will be back on the streets and other innocent people may be victimized by this unstable thug as a result.

“If he did not approve of this, you would not be getting this possibility,” said Manley. “You understand what kind of break that man gave you?”

“This is a big deal for your life. I really want you to understand that,” she said. “I agree that programming needs to be put in place and you need to have strict guidelines before you are out in the community.”

The black man was sent into a violent rage after allegedly hearing a racial slur. He apparently believes that the racial slur absolves him from committing the rampage, and the cops – terrified by the Black Lives Matter (BLM) mob – are apparently acquiescing.

Black activists on social media are applauding the violent thug’s cowardly ambush attack on the white person.

FT Quay wrote in a Facebook post: “This not the whole video but Me and bro in the mall n shit and he ask this man otp did this shirt look to little he told him yea and kept talking on the phone then mumbled talking bout sum “ no one just sum n***er” he thought we ain’t hear em because his mask was on #blackpower.”

“A man at a store in #Flint allegedly referred to a black man in the store as a ‘n***er’ while talking on the #phone,” wrote Tariq Nasheed in a Twitter post. “The black man overheard him, then things went left.”

The rule of law is no more in America. This is black privilege on full display right here.

 

US/A is spiralling into oblivion as it turns in on itself.

I supported the civil rights movement as a child, a teenager, and a young adult. I was woke before the word existed. I believe that this gives me some insight into whites who still think that way. I believe that the civil rights movement was well intended, but that things have not worked out as planned. I do not think this is the fault of whites; I think it is the fault of blacks, or at least most of them. In the decades since the civil rights legislation was passed and the War on Poverty declared, blacks have behaved and performed in ways that substantiate arguments I disputed back in the day.

When I was a woke youngster I had little experience with Negroes. Those few were exceptional, or they occupied subordinate positions without resentment. This seems typical of contemporary woke whites. The few blacks they know or have had any experience with they have liked. They do not want it to be said that those blacks belong to a problematic race.

Woke whites get their impressions of blacks from the few they have known and liked, sympathetic treatments of blacks in books they have read and documentaries they have watched on television, and in other television programs and Hollywood movies. The image of the United States we get from television and Hollywood is of a country in which the Great Society worked: blacks and whites interact harmoniously; blacks behave and perform as well as whites.

On a number of occasions I have presented statistics drawn from credible sources that discredit that image. When I did so the Virtue Signalers of XNXX screamed "Racist!" at me. When I described experiences I have had with black crime I was told by the Social Justice Warriors here that I deserved it because I am a racist. It did not occur to these sanctimonious bores (that is as much invective as I use on XNXX) that blacks turned a woke youth into what they deride as a "racist."

In so many ways this sums up the Goffman-esque nature of life in US/A.
The public - front-stage - image of US/A is (largely), as you identify.
The actual - back-stage - reality is a fragmented society at war with:
* most of the world Outside US/A
and
* itself on a massive # of fronts.

You simplistically assume that there are modes of behaviour common to
the majority of whites.
And
That they are the definitive criteria for judging a "Good Citizen".

I evaluate a race by average intelligence and rates of crime and illegitimacy. That is why I have more esteem for most Orientals than for most whites, and for most whites than for most Negroes. There are decent Negroes. Most whites, including me, know a few. They are credits to their race. If there were characteristic of their race there would not be so many white and Oriental racists in the United States. I have known many Orientals. I have always liked them. I have never known one who liked Negroes. Hispanics dislike Negroes too.

 

In other words you do not have an intelligent response to my most recent comment. Black social pathology is easy to document. I have done so on several occasions on XNXX. Black social pathology is not the result of white racism; it is the cause.

Well, but you see @Sexlover95 , thats exactly what the protesters want.

BLM wants it and Antifa wants it.

They want another Kent state, where law enforcement, or better yet, the military, open up on a crowd and kill people. Women and children ideally, but any killing will suffice.

It continues to amaze Shooter that the police haven't yet reacted to the attacks on them by these protesters. Shooter has seen many instances in Portland and Chicago, among others, where law enforcement would have been fully justified in shooting, but they have not. Incredible discipline.

We owe these responders a lot.

The "common folk" are getting fed up and asking what the fuck is our leadership thinking?
Eventually they'll band up and go jump into the fray. We're seeing that already in a few cities.
And if, at that point, some BLM or Antifa ass gets blown away we know the media will be shouting that they were put up to it by the cops or military. That's the tie they have to have to make all this worthwhile; the government has to be "responsible" for the death(s).

 

Oh, the fix will come.
If not before, in November.
A lot of these states and cities have their elections at the same time.
But already citizens are rising up and starting recall efforts.

Fox News host Martha MacCallum invited Black Lives Matter New York leader on Hawk Newsome for an interview Tuesday to discuss the looting and rioting that took place in Chicago last week, which started after agitators spread a false rumor on social media about a black child being shot by police officers during a foot pursuit of an adult suspect who was allegedly armed with a gun.


During the heated interview, MacCallum asked Newsome numerous times if he either condemned the looting and rioting or condoned it as a form of “reparations”, the latter of which is the position of Chicago Black Lives Matter leaders like Ariel Atkins, who said this during a rally last Monday in support of the looters:

“I don’t care if somebody decides to loot a Gucci or a Macy’s or a Nike because that makes sure that that person eats. That make sure that person has clothes. That’s reparations. That is reparations.”

Newsome repeatedly refused to answer MacCallum’s questions directly, instead choosing to attack the source of one of her comments (former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani) and responding to other questions by repeatedly talking over MacCallum and treating the interview as though it was a debate between two political opponents, demanding to know where MacCallum stood on recent police shootings:

“Alright, so you want to see reparations come from corporations. I asked you a question though, in fairness, Hawk, in fairness, okay,” MacCallum responded as Newsome repeatedly talked over her. “I listened to you, and now I want you to answer my question. Listen to me, sir. I asked you a question. Do you think, sir, do you think, do you agree, that it’s okay to go in and break the windows at Gucci’s or Macy’s or Nike because it makes sure that that person eats and that person has clothes. That was my question to you. Is that ethically okay to you?”

“Okay. Okay,” Newsome responded.”And before I answer that, I want to ask you this: Do you think it’s okay that America kills people in their homes like Breonna Taylor and our politicians do not do anything about it?”

“No, I don’t think that’s okay. Of course I don’t think that’s okay,” MacCallum snapped back. “No, but you don’t answer my question. … I’m trying to have a conversation. No one thinks that’s okay. … But you’re not answering my question which is whether or not it’s okay to take away people’s livelihoods because you deserve the stuff that’s in the broken window, okay? There’s two different issues here, and I wish you would answer my question, which you said you would but didn’t.”

Why Fox News continues to invite BLM leaders on for interviews is a mystery to me. Other networks, like NBC News, invite them on in an effort to help them spread the propaganda without much if any pushback. But when they get pushback during Fox News interviews – as Newsome did here with MacCallum, they continuously talk over the people interviewing them as if they don’t care about the questions and are just using the opportunity to spread “the message” to a larger audience.

The only solution here is for them to either stop inviting them on or continue to cut mics until they decide they want to answer questions. Until then…

It is sad to look at itfolks, how would it end? do you have any hints. I guess there would be another terract to reunite that country. It is dirty politics way to do sucha things. they use BLM movement and then, they put a stop to it. And the only quick way to achive it is through act of terror, then blame Russians , Iranians? or Al quaeda. even Maduro is OK.

 

We, the white people of the United States, have become too civilized for our own good. The evolutionary taming effects of civilization have removed genes for physical aggression from our genome. We are unwilling to prevent the barbarians at our border from overrunning us. Our cities are sacked and burned by a race that is less evolved than we are, a race that destroys because it cannot create.
