But for the record, a lot of men seem to exhibit this sort of sensitivity when they've just cum. As for the issue of cut v. uncut: Generally speaking, the glans of the penis is more sensitive for uncut men, because it is protected from constant stimulation, but this is at all times, not only after orgasm. In truth, sensitivity after orgasm is just something that will effect some men, and not others, cut or uncut. I get slightly more sensitive after orgasm, but it usually takes a minute or so, and it's not UNBEARABLY comfortable like you describe, just slightly uncomfortable.

This sensitivity might diminish with age, but there isn't really much you could do. Some lubricants have a numbing agents in them to lower sensitivity, but this would be throughout the sexing, and the lowered sensitivity would apply for all of it. Plus as far as oral goes, it would ALSO numb her mouth a bit, and probably doesn't taste too great.

Um.. no, it's quite normal. After the head of the penis rubs against clothes, etc, the body produces a layer of mucous to protect it. The rubbing on the clothes also helps to desensitize. This is why I'm anti-circumsizion.
