I don't care what the racial make up of my neighborhood is, except I like diversity.
I'll answer your question another way; yes, I'd live in a "black neighborhood", in fact, I've been there done that.
I'd live in a "German neighborhood"
I'd live in a "Japanese Neighborhood"

Probably what you really wanted to ask was; would I live in a crime ridden ghetto?
The answer is no. I don't have to. And again, I wouldn't much care what the racial make up was. I'd just as quickly leave a "black Ghetto" as I would a "Oriental ghetto". But, I gotta admit, I wouldn't even know where to look for a "German Ghetto".

 

My neighbors include a native Indian Hindu, a native Pakistani Muslim, a pair of English citizens, a pair of lesbian life partners, an Italian couple, a Thai couple, and others of mixed European descent. 30% Democrat, 40% Republican, 30% Other.

Only thing is, the houses are all at least an acre apart, and not one house has less than 3500 sq. ft. of living space. Two houses have tennis courts. Two have horse paddocks. One has an indoor pool. Several have formal libraries (including mine).

It's not about race. It's about socioeconomic index.

Germany and Japan give powerful evidence in favor of what Charles Murray (and others) are talking about. The average IQ in Japan is estimated at 105. The average for Germany is estimated at 102. This places them close to the top of the list.

During World War II the Axis were outnumbered by more than two to one. It was an oil war. We had the oil. Nevertheless, Germany and Japan came close to winning. They could not have conquered the United States. They could have forced the U.S. to surrender, while occupying China, Indonesia, much of South East Asia, and all of Europe. The Japanese could have taken the Philippines and Hawaii from us.

Since losing the War Germany and Japan have made excellent recoveries. This demonstrates industrial strength IQ power.

Not really. Europeans and descendants of Europeans have created the most advanced civilization in history. We are losing ground to the Orient. I expect the Chinese to achieve world hegemony by the end of this century. Nevertheless, we have had a good run of it.

Also, it is not Asians that I put on a pedestal, but Orientals. Asians include Arabs and Iranians. At one time each produced the most advanced civilization in the world. Their time has passed. I do not think it is coming back.
