    You can now get verified on forum.

    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    Please note that verification is completely optional and it won't give you any extra features or access. You will have a check mark (as I have now, if you want to look) and verification will only mean that you are who you say you are.

    I found in the internet interesting models of presciption glasses. I want to buy, but how to guess with a size, who knows, that these glasses will be looked beautifully at my face? Does anybody have an experience such purchases? Tell pls.

    here is how you do it................

    you need to get an eye exam from a place that sells cheap glasses.....

    you need the prescription for the sight changes and here is the tricky part

    when they fit a pair glasses on you there are two readings that give how the glasses sit on your nose...

    they don't want to give you those but you can force them to....

    once you have those you have all you need to get the cheap Chinese glasses over the internet but who knows what you will get....

    Americas best glasses........store....give free exams if you have one of those near....

    Walmart charges around 35 bucks for eye exam.....

    Yepper...buddy of my says he was pleased with them.....

    I saw a pair of aviators tinted that where a killer price but I never bought them....

    I have a real pair of Wayfarer script sun glasses...

    LOL ...with them on I have folks of the street tell me I look like Jack Nickelson of the past.................he is getting real bad looking these days......

      I also worked in films a little bit.......one of the first movies was with Rita Wilson when she first started...Tom Hanks wife now...

      I have met several stars and it is kind of how you act and how you meet them as to how it works out...

      I have long hair and a beard and when I stay at Planet Hollywood and the Hard Rock Hotel I have
      had many younger folks come up to me and ask me what Rock and Roll star I was...........

      I have plenty of stories to tell if they care to sit around and listen....while I drink and play Video poker at the bar...........

    I just got an eye exam and the place that does my insurance wanted like 90 for frames and 310 for the lens.....

    I have insurance for exam and 125 bucks glasses and just took the frames with no lens cause I think Walmart will do lens for around 100...

    But I found what I want at zenna for 98 bucks total....might order them....

    If you want glasses over the internet, then go to water.org and order a set (buy at least 4) of the Stella Artois glasses. that way you help supply water to someone that needs it.

    As much as i am an "Internet kid" and proud of it, this is something i wouldn't feel so comfortable doing.

    What if the frame doesn't fit or hurts you? What if you just "don't see well" with the glasses they've made for you? (i mean, not a true optical error, just that "hell i don't see well with these glasses" feeling.) What if after some time you realize they're actually disturbing your vision or eye health? Where do you go to have them adjusted or changed? i'm really unsure about this one...
