I think senator Booker represents the Democrats well. Looking to take center stage, willing to become the mortar to release confidential documents and let the public know what’s in them. Wanting to let everyone know he’s willing to break Senate rules so he would potential he be a great presidential candidate, someone who ignores the rules. Unfortunately, his office is indicating that he was unaware that the documents were no longer considered confidential and are OK to be released to the public.

So I guess his presidential slogan could be one of the chew. I am on aware of the facts or I’m willing to break standing rules and laws to gain popularity.

As it is, the charges that Mueller the mullah has brought against Manafort have him facing a possible 305 years in prison. Murderers don't even face charges like that. But the reason he's doing it is because he wants to get him to testify against Trump. He doesn't care what he says. He doesn't care if it's the truth. Hejust wants someone to say something, ANYTHING, in order to trigger a demand for impeachment.

And as for all the people who were accusing Trump of praising Manafort's behavior, all Trump was doing was saying, "Good that he's strong enough to not submit to Mueller the mullah's shitty tactics" and just start making up shit like Lanny Davis tried to do with Cohen.

 

Yeah we don't need no stinking laws for Trump his family and friends.

Booker’s Attempt to Break Senate Rules Fails as Documents Are Found to Be Pre-Cleared

Sen. John Cornyn (R., Tex.) and attorney Bill Burck Thursday afternoon revealed the documents Sen. Cory Booker (D., N.J.) dramatically released in self-described violation of Senate rules were already approved for release.

Booker announced this morning he intended to undertake an act of "civil disobedience" by releasing materials addressing racial profiling from Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s time as staff secretary in the George W. Bush White House.

"I'm saying I'm knowingly violating the rules," Booker said in the hearing. "I'm saying right now that I'm releasing committee confidential documents."

Booker dramatically announced it would be his "Spartacus moment," referring to the famous scene from Stanley Kubrick's 1960 film about a Roman slave revolt.

Unlike the film, however, it turns out Booker and his colleagues were in no danger. In a statement shared by the Washington Post’s Seung Min Kim, Burck revealed that the White House had "cleared the documents last night shortly after Senator Booker’s staff asked us to."

The revelation dampens the excitement around what had been a highlight of Democrats' questioning of Kavanaugh on the Senate Committee on the Judiciary.

"Apparently, some just wanted to break the rules and make a scene, but didn’t check their email," a spokesman for Judiciary Committee Republicans told Fox News.

In the released documents, it is shown that Kavanaugh counted himself among those "who generally favor effective security measures that are race-neutral." Booker’s intention in outing Kavanaugh as an opponent of race-based discrimination remains unclear.

As for not checking his email, I'm sure he know. But since he's a possible candidate for President in 2020, no doubt he was just GRAAANNNNNNNDDDDDDD standing.

Let’s not forget about the great Organizational skills and ideas of the Senat Democrat leader Senator Schumer and getting people to protest inside the hearings. We wouldn’t even see such behavior a high school’s school government. What’s next? Is she going to be handing out toilet paper and having people through it around like homecoming?

This is a disgrace and a mockery of our systems. I encourage protesting and I’m not against it as long as it’s not disruptive. All demonstrations should never be disruptive.

I was so impressed and how the judge would answer all the questions, correcting when the senators tried to miss use the fact or confined to different opinions into one. He wasn’t reading directly from papers that the clerk prepared for him. Senators on both sides read Word for Word their questions off of a prepared document. Just shows you the difference and caliber of intelligence.

Senator Booker continued to release "confidential" documents throughout the day. And when he first questioned Kavanaugh on one of his emails the night before it was not cleared. Booker called the corrupt Republican's bluff and they backed down.

And I was certainly one of those who thought the confirmation of Kavanaugh was just a done deal and the best the Democrats could do was just make a lot of noise. But instead they have managed to set Kavanaugh up for perjury and exposed him for the lying hypocrite he really is. And they did that by making sure his willingness to overturn Roe v Wade and his disdain for minorities were made public for GOP Senators who otherwise would not know about the views Kavanaguah really has.

Harris is playing both the short and long game. If she has evidence that Kavanaugh did in fact meet with Trump's legal team it could be enough to derail his nomination. And if he is nominated anyway proof of this meeting will force Kavanaugh to recuse himself from any cases involving Trump.

Kavanaugh represents a fight the Democrats think they MUST win, cause ............. Trump.

No responsible judge will "guarantee" that they won't modify or overrule Roe V Wade at some point in the future. As Kavanaugh said; he judges cases on the merits and would be wrong to offer an opinion on specifics he/she has not heard in court.

No matter. Kavanaugh could be the second coming and the Democrats would fly into a rage. Cause ........ Trump.

The spew about hidden documents, PERJURY, the "real" Kavanaugh attitude towards abortion etc. would be happening no matter what Kavanaugh says. Cause ............ Trump.

What Shooter has noted is the absolutely childish and obviously scripted protests in the confirmation hearings, not only by paid protesters, but by Democratic members of the committee.

Right there in the hearing room we are seeing a perfect example of the liberal attack plan; Lie, obfuscate, demonize, attack and disrupt. Cause ........... Trump.
