If that is true, why is it that so many people are trying to get here? I can only think of two reasons: freedom and opportunity or the desire to make this a Muslim nation.

Wow, the Democrats are flooding the airwaves with spew about how bad the tax plan is.
And most of what they spew is how harmful this will be for "hard working American Families".
Which is to say, most of what they are spewing is meaningless.

But if the Democrats are triggering over the tax plan, it must be a good one. Otherwise, they'd just be making fun of it.

Will the Trumpian tax plan cut the federal excise tax, federal or state fuel tax, motel or hotel tax, tax on alcohol or cigarettes, any sales tax, property tax or transfer fees, or import or export taxes? Or does it just focus on income taxes, weighted to alleviate burdens at the higher end of the scale and inheritance taxes for estates over 5 million dollars?

Does the 'fertilized egg' thing become void and require the repayment of a taken deduction if, say, the conception occurs in December and a miscarriage occurs in late April?
      Or would that be pro-rated?

‘‘(A) IN GENERAL.—Nothing shall prevent 12 an unborn child from being treated as a des- 13 ignated beneficiary or an individual under this 14 section. 15 ‘‘(B) UNBORN CHILD.—For purposes of 16 this paragraph— 17 ‘‘(i) IN GENERAL.—The term ‘unborn 18 child’ means a child in utero. 19 ‘‘(ii) CHILD IN UTERO.—The term 20 ‘child in utero’ means a member of the 21 species homo sapiens, at any stage of de- 22 velopment, who is carried in the womb.’’.

That fails utterly to address the question I posed. Once a miscarriage has occurred, a fetus is no longer "in utero" and this may not be considered "viable". Does this invalidate the previously taken deduction? And is matrimony required for a deduction to be valid or could a man impregnate several dozen females, by force if necessary, to obtain an acceptably high number of deductions to shield his income?

they dont go into any details of if there is a miscarriage or still-birth because once the child is appointed as dependant financially they can then make it murder in the case of an abortion
it would seem that with the recent charges against pregnant women that have lost the fetus being legally charged for that death they are setting it up so that all deaths of that fetus or unborn child would then be classified under federal guidelines as murder

well trump wants to do just that with a tax moratorium like bush did where they would get a massive break on the taxes for every dime they bring back "because it helps create jobs", yet history has proven that line of thought to be a falsehood
the companies use that cash for mergers and acquisitions, debt payment, buying up their own stocks, generally benefiting the stock holders and executives
recently the CEO of Cisco made it clear that they would use the money for anything besides hiring more workers, he did mention investments into automation services

but lets start smaller and end this bullshit program that allows people that owe over $10,000 to settle their debt for way less than half of the amount owed before penalties and interest and without tax evasion charges

or lets end the taxpayer dollars being used to fund industries and private businesses that are already profiting of the tax payers
like for instance CAAIR, last year $11million dollars was funneled into their work prison that hides as an addiction treatment facility

Home Depot’s Bernie Marcus on Tax Reform: Pelosi and Schumer ‘Don’t Want to See More People Hired in America’

    11/3/17

Bernie Marcus, co-founder of Home Depot, spoke with Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Alex Marlow on Friday about his Job Creators Network and how tax reform can benefit American businesses.
“We created Job Creators Network for one reason and one reason only,” said Marcus, “and that is exactly what the name says: to create jobs in America. More importantly, to make sure that small businesses, which really are the backbone of new jobs in America–about 75 percent of all new jobs in America are created by small businesses–and we wanted to make sure that this tax bill that comes through affects them because, after all, you are trying to create jobs.”

He also urged listeners to visit the website TaxCutsNow.com and sign the petition. “We’re going to drop it on the front lawn of the Capitol to try to stimulate everybody to support a tax bill which we think is critically important today.”

Marcus said, “We’re losing a tremendous amount of jobs from overseas, and the small business guy is getting killed.”

He also said while he does not think there can be a “perfect” tax reform bill in this environment, he does believe much can be accomplished through a solid effort if President Trump and Republicans in Congress can get something done. He then warned of electoral catastrophe in 2018 if they do not.

Marcus also pointed out that while the media and people are distracted by the president’s tweets, they are not paying attention to how many regulations he is rolling back, and each of those regulations are job killers.

He urged Democrats to go along with a final plan and blasted Democrat leaders Rep. Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Chuck Schumer. “I don’t understand Nancy Pelosi. I don’t understand Schumer,” he said, “They don’t want to see more people hired in America. It’s incredible to me. Nancy Pelosi thinks this is going to cost jobs. My God, in my career I’ve created thousands of jobs. Nancy Pelosi has never created a single job in her life.”

On many occasions I have pointed out that there has usually been more job creation under Democrat presidents, when the top tax rate has usually been higher.

For example, under Jimmy Carter the top tax rate remained at 70%. An average of 2,600,000 jobs were created every year. Under Ronald Reagan the top tax rate declined to 28%. An average of 2,000,000 jobs were created every year.

    Lets be blunt.
Government does not create jobs, unless government gets bigger.
High corporate taxes cause corporations to take their profits offshore.
Government does not create wealth. It spends wealth.

What's wrong with tax cuts? Are we going to get all burnie sanders and start talking about "the one or two percent" well fine let's talk about the one percent. In America to be in the one percent means you have a JOINT INCOME of only 250k a year. To be in the 2% you would have a JOINT INCOME of only 150k. So yea maybe yo be able to create more jobs some of these "super rich" one percent small business owners need a little tax break. The way jobs are created is an individual RISKS EVERYTHING!
In hopes of one day building great wealth. Why should I have to give up more of my money to a government who has had an expensive TRILLION dollar "war on poverty" with absolutely NO EFFECT TO THE POVERTY LINE!

All these democratic ass hats DONT GET IT universal healthcare WONT WORK. I mean let's look at the great success that is Canada. Government employees will suggest privet healthcare instead of government run healthcare because "waits are much less" you know why?! Because people generally don't want to spend 8 years in medical school only to be paid a teacher salary! IT DOESNT WORK. Privet healthcare if down

If done right, will work amazingly that is why if you have cancer THE ONLY place that your chances of living increase significantly is the USA. Not to mention the shortage of drugs and staff that will happen with this ideology. "Sorry sir we can't give you that tetanus shot because we ran out, come back next week"

    Finally something good from California.

A California man has proposed a ballot measure to exempt residents who don’t have kids in state public schools from paying the taxes to fund them.

The “California Education Tax Relief Act,” proposed by Lee Olson of Huntington Beach, would allow California residents with no children in the public school system to avoid paying taxes and fees designated for state school funding, KTVU reports.

Last week, the state Attorney General’s Office gave approval for circulation of the initiative, allowing proponents to start collecting the signatures necessary to get a spot on the November 2018 ballot

Wow. California just continues to come up with some weird shit.
California residents who do not have kids still benefit from the school system. An effective education system benefits all of us.
Shooter thinks that Lee Olson understands that; he's just tired of California's high tax burden and thinks he has found a way to get some relief.
Shooter also doubts that the California education system will let this one pass; they will come out in full force to defeat it, cause, you know, it's their Oxen Olson is goring.
Shooter expects to see articles demonizing Olson in short order; that he has fathered children out of wedlock and does not support them, that he's a sexual predator, that he's racist, or homophobic or ................ well, Shooter thinks he's made his point.

I never could understand why people who did not have children should have to pay for the education of those who did have kids.
When a person decides to have kids they should be able to raise them. If they cannot afford kids it isn't up to others to pay the bill for them.
It is possible to have an effective education system funded by those who benefit from it the most. If parents want their child to grow up with an education and be able to find a job they should be more than willing to pay for that education.
It is time to stop the free loading.
