I fully expect Bannon to be charged with more crimes not even related to J6. He is a con man to the core plain and simple.

Steve Bannon sought 'bizarre' loan against home he doesn't own after being indicted in Jan. 6 probe: report

    Steve Bannon (Twitter).

Trump adviser Steve Bannon sought a loan against a Connecticut property he doesn't even own three weeks after being indicted for defying a subpoena from the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection, according to documents reviewed by the Daily Beast.

"The materials, addressed directly to Bannon at the $1.5 million stone estate in the plush suburban town of Wilton, do not reveal the amount of money sought, nor what Bannon sought it for," the Daily Beast reported, noting that the property is linked to one of Bannon's troubled nonprofits.

"It is unclear if the money ever came through, because the bank signaled in the documents it might want an appraisal of the five-acre compound, with its in-ground pool and guest house—and Bannon in fact does not own the home or any stake in it," according to the report. "Rather, public records and private communications The Daily Beast uncovered show that the property briefly belonged to the Rule of Law Society, a nonprofit Bannon founded in 2018 with fugitive Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui."

A company helmed by two officers of the Rule of Law Society purchased the home in early August 2020, weeks before Bannon was arrested on Guo's yacht for embezzling money from his We Build the Wall nonprofit. However, the Rule of Law Society officers sold the home three months later.

"Making the date listed on the mortgage request even stranger, CNBC reported that Bannon had left the Rule of Society—which purports to promote democracy in mainland China—in August 2021," the Daily Beast reported. "His co-founder, Guo Wengui, has since been embroiled in a cryptocurrency controversy that saw his companies cough up half a billion dollars to the Securities and Exchange Commission and has faced recriminations from former aides and supporters."

This is Germany in 1939 right out of the Nazi playbook. But we can tell Michelle Obama has him spooked. One because probably no Democrat in the country is more influential than she is. But probably more so because Michelle Obama is rolling up her sleeves and going to work. And she can see the work that needs to be done. There is actually only one counter to all the voter suppression and rising fascism. And that is to inspire more true Americans that do love their country to register and vote. Overcome all the voter suppression road blocks and vote in such overwhelming numbers the neo Nazis are defeated. And probably what has the neo Nazis like Bannon shaking in their boots is Michelle Obama has made it clear she's not heading to New York to get people registered to vote. This is going to take the equivalent of a new civil rights movement so she is headed to places like Mississippi. Michelle Obama knows there are still about 30% of Americans out there that don't vote and she's going after them. And even if she only gets a few percent of those that is still enough to bury treasonous conservative/Republicans.

‘This is the rise of fascism’: Steve Bannon squares off against Michelle Obama’s voter drive

Conservative podcast host Steve Bannon sarcastically bragged on Monday that his effort to take over the entire election apparatus of the United States was a "rise of fascism."

During his War Room broadcast, Bannon suggested that former First Lady Michelle Obama had recently announced a voter drive in response to his plot to control elections.

Bannon pointed to a New York Times op-ed by Ezra Klein that said his so-called "precinct strategy" is working.

"Whether it's the school boards, whether it's the election officials, the precinct strategy is to take over the Republican Party," Bannon explained on his Monday podcast. "Remember, there are no coincidences. Michelle Obama who has floated above this thing at 60,000 feet with Barack Obama, floating above it because they're national heroes, according to some people, over the weekend, what did she say she was going to do?"

"You talk about the most nitty-gritty part of it," he continued. "She's going to lead an effort to sign up one million new voters for progressives. How many of those are going to be citizens?"

Bannon told his audience that Klein had called them fascists in his op-ed.

"This is the end of America," he explained, speaking from Klein's point of view. "We saw in the Commonwealth of Virginia, it worked perfectly. If they sign up to take over the Republican Party, this is the rise of fascism. These are the worst people on Earth. That would be you, by the way, this audience."

Steve Bannon, the former adviser and longtime ally of former U.S. President Donald Trump, surrendered to federal authorities Monday in Washington after being indicted on two counts of criminal contempt of Congress.

The U.S. Justice Department last week indicted the 67-year-old Bannon on two counts of contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena from the U.S. House of Representatives’ select committee investigating the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on January 6.

One count of the indictment refers to his refusal to appear before the committee for a deposition, and the second for not providing documents in response to the committee's subpoena.

Attorney General Merrick Garland said the indictments show the department's "steadfast commitment" to ensuring that the rule of law is enforced....as long as they are Trump policy supporters.

Steve Bannon Declares Trump’s Arizona Rally the Start of 2020 Election ‘Decertification Process’

Steve Bannon wrote on Gettr Sunday that former President Donald Trump’s rally in Arizona Saturday marks the beginning of the “decertification process” for the 2020 presidential election.

Bannon, whose War Room podcast has played host to dozens of Republican candidates running for local office, has continued to push Trump’s debunked allegations that the 2020 presidential election was stolen.

“The Decertification Process now starts; Campaign 2022 now starts. 100 Seats, 100 Years,” Bannon, a former Trump campaign manager and White House advisor, wrote to his 789,000 followers on Gettr – a new right-leaning social media platform founded by former Donald Trump aide Jason Miller.

Bannon’s post included a link to a recent Insider article chronicling his many claims regarding how he sees the 2020 election unraveling.

“It’s the kickoff of 2022. A huge speech in front of a massive crowd by Donald J. Trump and, of course, they’re all melting down about who’s on stage with him. They’re all people that are going to get to the decertification of the 2020 Biden electors,” Bannon’s quoted in the article saying, on a recent episode of his podcast.

“Decertification process is really kicking up next week in Arizona in the [state] Assembly,” he added.

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, Rep. Paul Gosar, and Arizona state lawmaker Wendy Rogers were among the speakers at Trump’s rally over the weekend who are best known for pushing the allegations of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election.

Arizona is a red state,” Rogers declared during the rally. “We are not turning purple.”

The Arizona lawmaker, who has embraced the QAnon conspiracy theory and pushed allegations that the 2020 presidential election was stolen, also led the crowd in chanting “decertify” during the rally.

While it’s unclear exactly how Bannon intends to “decertify” the 2020 presidential election, even if he managed to install loyalists throughout the government in 2022, the impact this kind of rhetoric has had on pro-Trump voters is clear. A December poll found that only 21 percent of Republicans believe Joe Biden legitimately won the 2020 election.

This guy is right up there with MyPillowGuy when it comes to getting on Bannon's show to spout easily provable delusional lies, And prove Dr Fauci right in the process. He's a moron,

'Their heads are going to explode': Sen. Roger Marshall goes on bizarre 'deep state' rant to Steve Bannon

Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) joined conservative podcaster Steve Bannon on Tuesday to rant conspiracy theories about the "deep state" and Dr. Anthony Fauci.

During an interview on War Room: Pandemic, Bannon asked Marshall to explain why he recently grilled Fauci about his personal finances at a hearing earlier this month. The doctor was later heard on a hot mic calling the senator a "moron."

"Steve, I think we're over the target," Marshall said. "And he is part of this deep state that is actually lying or certainly misleading to the public. So he lied to Congress and the American people at least three times during that last hearing and we proved him wrong."

Marshall's rant continued for 10 minutes with occasional interruptions from Bannon.

"I think he lied saying the NIH has never funded viral gain of function -- happy to go down that trail," the senator remarked. "Dr. Fauci knows that I know. He can't blow these smoke and mirrors in my ear. I understand this viral gain of function. He's been the head cheerleader, the cash cow ... since about 2010."

"Why in your professional opinion is gain of function so dangerous?" Bannon prodded.

"It's more dangerous than a nuclear warhead, right?" Marshall replied. "It's responsible for the death of 800,000 Americans. I think when it's all said and done it's going to be 10 or 20 million people worldwide. So just think about where this virus came from."

The Republican lawmaker went on to claim that inspiration for the Covid-19 virus had come from experiments in a "North Carolina lab" in 2015. Marshall said that was "not enough" for Fauci so he funded research in China, where the virus originated.

Bannon asked Marshall how the American people will react when they find out that Fauci had a role in creating the virus.

"When they come to find out why you didn't get to tell your parents goodbye when they passed away in the nursing home," Marshall ranted, "when they find out why their children missed their senior year of high school, why your kids missed a year or two of school, when they find all this out, it's just going to -- their heads are going to explode, right?"

Marshall also suggested that Fauci has a financial interest in the deaths of Americans.

"Based on his vaccine-only policy, does he have a financial conflict of interest?" Marshall wondered. "Why doesn't he recognize natural immunity? Why doesn't he recognize repurposing medicines like ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine? Why does it have to be a vaccine, a vaccine and only the vaccine?"

"A barber and a bartender can't have a job and he's making almost $2 million a year and he's visibly shaking when we ask him these questions," he added.

Marshall ended the interview by promising that there will be more "bombshells" about Fauci in the coming days.

Steve Bannon rails against 'scumbag' Lindsey Graham for supposedly being secret MAGA 'traitor'

    Brad Reed

Indicted Trump ally Steve Bannon on Wednesday ranted about the fact that President Joe Biden said that there were five Republican senators who told him in secret they wanted to support him, but couldn't do so out of fear of facing primary challenges by pro-Trump candidates.

During his daily "War Room" podcast, Bannon said he was not surprised to learn that five GOP senators secretly harbored anti-Trump thoughts.

"The five traitors -- and this is the scumbags and slimeballs you have here in the nation's capital -- he got five Republican senators have told him they agree with what he's doing," Bannon fumed. "They agree with what he's doing and they would vote and support him, but they're afraid of, wait for it, the War Room Posse."

Bannon then called on these five senators to publicly identify themselves while also speculating that Sen. Lindsey Graham was one of them.

"Have enough guts to step up and tell us, Lindsey Graham, who you are," he said. "We need you guys to step up to the plate, Lindsey Graham!"

I think they are all turning on each other because they feel the walls closing in and know seditious conspiracy is some serious trouble. 20 years worth. And they have always been a den of nut cases and vipers and now none of them trust each other. They all fear someone else squealing and cutting their own deal. And none of them knew the J6 committee could move this fast or the courts wouldn't bail them out or at least by them time.

Steve Bannon Accuses Lindsey Graham of Being One of Biden’s Five ‘Scumbag’ GOP ‘Traitors’

Former Trump campaign manager and adviser, Steve Bannon, accused Lindsey Graham (R-SC) of being one of the five “traitors” to MAGA world that are secretly supporting President Joe Biden.

Bannon said on his popular War Room podcast on Thursday, “Have enough guts to step up and tell us, Lindsey Graham, who you are.” Bannon was referring to the five Republican senators that Biden said during his press conference Wednesday “told me that they agree with whatever I’m talking about for them to do.”

Biden refused to divulge the names of these Republicans, who he claims fear retribution if they openly supported him. “Did you ever think that one man out of office could intimidate an entire party where they’re unwilling to take any vote contrary to what he thinks should be taken for fear of being defeated in a primary?” Biden asked rhetorically.

Bannon vowed to figure out who the senators are, although he was quick to suspect one of them is Graham. “The five traitors — and this is the scumbags and slimeballs you have here in the nation’s capital — he got five Republican senators have told him they agree with what he’s doing,” Bannon raged. “We are gonna find out who you are,” Bannon insisted.

“They agree with what he’s doing and they would vote and support him, but they’re afraid of, wait for it, the War Room Posse,” Bannon continued, citing his own podcast’s followers.

Conservative podcaster Steve Bannon on Wednesday suggested that Europe would be better off with the Germany of 1942, when over a hundred thousand Jews were murdered in concentration camps.

During his War Room: Pandemic podcast, Bannon complained that President Joe Biden is focusing on Russia's imminent invasion of Ukraine instead of the southern border of the United States.

"He's not going to address the nation on the invasion on the southern border, he's going to play wag the dog, I'm a big shot, I'm a commander-in-chief, you know, I'm General [Douglas MacArthur]," Bannon ranted. "It's a joke and the American people do not support it and will not support it."

"And the time for NATO to stand up and man up -- if it's such a big deal, where are the Germans?" he continued. "Let's see a couple of combat divisions, give me some Germans down there."

Bannon added: "Germans were all over it in 1942 -- '41, '42. Oops! I said the quiet part out loud."

'Stone-cold coward!' Steve Bannon fumes after Pence tells Trump he couldn't overturn 2020 election

Trump loyalists didn't wait long to start attacking former Vice President Mike Pence over his condemnation of former president Donald Trump on Friday.

On his "War Room" show, Trump adviser Steve Bannon played a clip from Pence's speech to the Federalist Society.

“This week, president Trump said I had a right to ‘overturn the election.' President Trump is wrong,” Pence said in the clip. “I had no right to overturn the election. The presidency belongs to the American people and the American people alone, and frankly there is no idea more un-American than the notion that any one person could choose the American president."

"Wow," Bannon responded after a long pause. "That's not what president Trump said. What president Trump said is you had the full right to revert back to the states ... so they could review the process of how they certified the Biden electors. Pence, you're going to carry this thing, eventually, to your grave, OK? Because it is a mark of shame, and you are a stone-cold coward."

"My head's blowing up," Bannon added, before alluding to the fact that Pence's former chief of staff, Marc Short, testified before the House Select Committee investigation the Capitol insurrection. Bannon is awaiting trial on charges of contempt for defying a subpoena from the committee.

"I can't take Pence and Marc Short and all these Koch (brothers) guys ratting out president Trump up on Capitol Hill right now," Bannon said.

This is exactly the form of democracy the founding fathers wanted! If you lose an election, no problem, just nullify the vote and declare yourself the victor!

Steve Bannon's lawyers are crying foul after federal prosecutors quietly obtained email and phone records belonging to one of them.

The records may be related to Bannon's claim that he was acting on legal advice when he defied a subpoena from the House Select Committee investigating the Capitol insurrection, according to reports.

Prosecutors reportedly began obtaining the records a week after the Department of Justice indicted Bannon for contempt in November for defying the subpoena.

In a filing on Friday, Bannon's lawyers called prosecutors' actions "outrageous and inappropriate government conduct." They said that last month, Department of Justice lawyers provided them with 790 documents.

“The undersigned counsel were shocked to learn, upon accessing these documents, that almost all of the documents reflected efforts by the government to obtain telephone records and email records from the personal and professional accounts of defense counsel, Robert J. Costello, Esquire,” Bannon’s legal team wrote. “Nowhere in the Government’s production was a copy of a court order authorizing the Government’s actions, nor was there a copy of any subpoena for the records, nor was there even any application for a court order or for authorization from the Department of Justice for subpoenas intended to obtain defense counsel’s personal and professional telephone and email records."

According to the Daily Beast, "These kinds of spy tactics are sure to raise public concern, because prosecutors don’t usually spy on a target’s own lawyer."

"The Justice Department seemed to have acknowledged engaging in that surveillance in a letter it wrote to (Bannon's) legal team on Jan. 7 this year, when it said Costello is 'a witness to the conduct charged in the indictment,' ostensibly because he had been advising Bannon not to talk to the committee," the Daily Beast reports. "In the letter to Bannon’s legal team, federal prosecutor Amanda R. Vaughn let them know that the Justice Department also considers another lawyer who was giving Bannon advice, Adam Katz, a witness."

According to Politico, "many of Costello’s email logs were provided to prosecutors on Dec. 7 under the auspices of a so-called 2703 order, which doesn’t always require notice to the customer."

"Bannon’s lawyers say the data prosecutors have sought from Costello’s providers include records related to Mr. Costello’s emails for at least four different email accounts with different carriers and telephone records for at least four different phone numbers, including from his personal home phone, his law firm’s landline and from his personal cellphone," Politico reports.

The filing by Bannon's attorneys also revealed that he "is indeed using his case as a fishing expedition into the Biden White House and the Justice Department—a tactic that’s aimed at poisoning the investigation while simultaneously generating additional media attention," the Daily Beast reports.

"His lawyers are seeking any records at the Justice Department headquarters and the White House that would show a politically driven plot to harm Bannon himself," according to the site. "His lawyers asked for any documents that 'reference making an example of Mr. Bannon, punishing him, hoping to influence or affect the conduct of other potential witnesses before the Select Committee, or words of similar meaning and effect.'"
