Yeah, I've heard that before, but tbh I'm really happy with the way my life turned out, and I see the above as the start of that road.

I thought it showed a healthy attitude about sex, something that most women don't have. She waited as long as she wanted to and made a conscious, sober choice on where, when, and who she wanted to give it to. Most people today don't give it up out of love, male or female. They give it up out of lust or pressure or diminished inhibitions and end up regretting it. She regrets nothing and I applaud her for it.

I believe it's a fairly natural human tendency to some extent to be attracted to older teens around 17-19 years old, that doesn't mean that you have a preference for them.

If someone consents around that age personally I don't think an 18+ year old involved with should be punished, or be labeled as a sex offender.

This poor guy may very well have to register as a sex offender a label that will stick with him for life. All the while the act was consensual.
