It was bad enough that it takes them 3+ weeks to review all the stories but then they reject them for having 16 year olds.. 16 is the age of consent where I live.

My only objection to the Rules is that we cannot post a photo of a fully clothed minor. I doubt that any other internet forum has that rule.

I like to post music videos. Sometimes one video segues to another, and another, and so on. I could post a perfectly innocent video, and several videos down the line there could be a video of a seventeen year old fully clothed boy playing a music instrument. And how do we know the difference between one who is seventeen and one who is eighteen?

I like to document factual assertions. Several weeks after I post a website to document a fact it could have a photo of a sixteen year old fully clothed girl.

Fortunately, it has not been used that way so far.

 

It appears that videos from sites like YouTube are exempt from the ban. I asked about this when the new rules came in as something like "Another Brick In The Wall" by Pink Floyd would be banned. Perhaps the latest manifestation of Nophest has changed the ruling since then. You would need to ask ILMJ for clarification on this.
