    The way it's gonna work is that you can send me a PM with a verification picture. The picture has to contain you and forum name on piece of paper or on your body and your username or my username instead of the website name, if you prefer that.

    I need to be able to recognize you in that picture. You need to have some pictures of your self in your gallery so I can compare that picture.

    I’m thankful for the support I have. Over the last few years I have developed an anxiety problem, and my doctor prescribed drugs. But I really don’t want to take them. Without the support I’m getting, I’d be on them for sure. But I’m made to feel loved, protected, and cherished every day. I feel optimism now, not depression. I still have bad days, but luckily they’re few and far between.

      I think meds are fine and some people really need them @crhurricane but my sister has been on anti-anxiety pills and antidepressants for years and I don’t want to go that route if there is anyway to avoid it. Some days things seem pretty bleak and I don’t want to leave my bed. But I get through them.

      Only hope whatever you choose works. Without naming names, the last woman I married was on multiple meds when we met. Different doctors, prescriping meds for symtoms brought on by other meds. Long story short, helped her get off more than half of what she was taking. One, clonazepam, had additive properties, and doctors were concerned about taking her off it. With her help, we worked out a stepdown regiment for 2 months. Consoluted with the doctor, with what if scenarios, and did it. At that time it was advised to doctors not to prescrip this med for more then two years. Now they don't want anyone on it for more then two weeks. She was on it for 12 years. Doctors apparently are more concerned with liability over health, in given situation. My distrust for the pharmaceutical industry is not just dislike of them.

      I respect those that work in the medical field, it is a tough job. Doctors as well, like everything else, it is not perfect. I guess what I'm trying to say is, you are really the only one to watch out for yourself, everyone makes mistakes, and the more you know, the better it is for you.
