I can honestly say I have never even come across this issue with a woman. The only people who get worked up over this issue are us men, and the few women that need to have their insides impaled on a regular basis.

 

Size seems to be a male thing. In my limited experience, women don't care at all. It didn't take long for me to catch on. I've never had a girl turn me down because of size... or just jump into bed with me because of size for that mater (not that I ever tried dick messurements to start a conversation or anything)... And it's usualy the man-seeking-man personals that have size prefference listed (emphasis on usualy - there's allways variation and deviation).
I don't think I've been asked my size by a girl before we had sex. And only a couple times after.
Mine can look big, as it's rather long, but not very girthy, and I'm always careful not to penetrate too deep to cause pain, so my size is usualy not up to question at all. And I've been complimented on my size far more by men than women.

For guys its an issue esp. With younger females who think bigger penis is better penis because of porn.
