There no safe guards in place to keep the POTUS from ordering a nuclear strike. There cant be. Part of our nuclear deterrent is the ability to strike within seconds from anywhere in the world. And that also ignores the fact it doesn't have to start off a nuclear war. Trump could start a war right now if he wants to. He could attack Iran and it could escalate into a world war that goes nuclear.

She claims that he has retreated into childhood and is enclosed within the few pleasant memories of his father with whom he played wiffle ball as a child. She thinks that Trump associates himself with the wiffle ball and the bats as being his Democratic foes.
