Do the words "probably", "most" and "general" mean anything to you?

Their are many in the healthcare, manufacturing, transportation and government who are less killed than a framing carpenter or a brick mason, certainly less than a architect or civil engineer. I wasn't looking for a "gotcha", I was simply pointing out that the construction industry is a field with many skilled and diversely experienced workers. You were wrong to suggest anything other than that.

Where in my post did I say that hard work = success? Work does not always mean to toil, it sometimes means to work on your education, to work on your knowledge of the field you have chosen, to work on being the best at your chosen career, to work on being prepared.

Those who go to their jobs and work at doing them to earn their pay will likely advance only as far as the job allows. Those who look beyond those limits and prepare themselves to qualify for higher level jobs will usually get more opportunities to advance.

You need to chill a little.
