Can you show us these cases? Last I heard a judge shut down the Georgia/Fulton County attempt to do an Arizona style bullshit fiasco. Georgia has already done three recounts, another isn't going to change the results, and that is the only reason the losers keep asking for another recount.

maybe at the time he said that, things werent provable because things werent found, now that things are found, they're in court,...

You are right. The treasonous conservative/Republican voter fraud lied are wearing paper thin. Aside from Barr Mitt Romney Michigan and now Wisconsin are all calling Trump a liar.

It can't go on but Trump is too mentally ill to let his delusions go. Which is going to be a big help to democrats.

 

I have to laugh at the delusions right here. Instead of babbling about what Barr might say why not look at what Bsrr actually did say. Clear back in December Bstr said they did look at all 50 states and found no instances of voter fraud.

And yet Traitor Trump still incited his domestic terrorists to stage a violent insurrection and attempted coup. Literal treason against the United States of America

 

Funny how Bill Barr is quoted and considered reliable this one time,
after 4 years of being accused of being a lying, traitor trying to install a dictator for life...seems like the last words of a traitor like that shouldnt be taken seriously, as the doors is hitting him on the way out.

Bombshell Barr interview reveals Trump had 'criminal intent' in election lies: ex-prosecutor

On his YouTube channel, where he generally explains legal things for the layperson, former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner walked through the recently posted interview with former Attorney General Bill Barr in The Atlantic.

The report revealed one thing that could ultimately work against Trump in the investigation over whether he committed voter fraud in Georgia. After the state was called for Joe Biden, Trump called the governor and secretary of state to urge them to "find" him votes to overthrow the election.

According to Kirschner, the interview with Barr proved that Trump was well aware that there was no voter fraud, no election problems and that he lost the 2020 election. Barr told him and Trump acknowledged it, speaking about himself in the third person saying, "you must hate Trump."

This proves Trump's criminal intent when he was calling Georgia officials demanding that the election be changed.

"I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have," Trump told Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis impaneled a grand jury to look into the possibility of the president committed voter fraud. In letters telling top Georiga officials to preserve documents, Willis revealed that she'll be looking into whether Trump violated laws barring "the solicitation of election fraud," along with "conspiracy, racketeering, violation fo oath of office and any involvement in violence or threats related to the election's administration."

Willis could call Barr to testify under oath that what he told Jonathan Karl in The Atlantic is accurate, and it would prove the criminal intent.

GOP audit forces Arizona county to replace all machines compromised by Cyber Ninjas: report

The controversial Arizona audit of the 2020 election in Maricopa County is forcing the state's largest jurisdiction to replace voting equipment before the November, 2021 election.

"The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors informed Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs that any equipment that was handed over for the State Senate's audit of the 2020 General Election will not be used in future elections," ABC 15 reports.

In May, Hobbs had written to express her concerns that the legitimacy of the machines had been compromised.

"I am writing to express my concerns about Maricopa County's election equipment that was turned over to Senate President Karen Fann and Senator Warren Petersen and their agent, Cyber Ninjas, pursuant to the January 12, 2021 subpoena, including components of the certified Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5B voting system," Hobbs wrote. "I have grave concerns regarding the security and integrity of these machines, given the chain of custody, a critical security tenet, has been compromised and election officials do not know what was done to the machines while under Cyber Ninjas' control."

In responding to Hobbs, Maricopa County said, "The Board shares your concerns."

It is not known how much it will cost the county to replace the machines.

Republicans scorched by The Post for enabling Trump's 'Big Lie' — even as GOP knew it was 'absurd'

On Monday, The Washington Post editorial board tore into the Republican Party for advancing former President Donald Trump's "big lie" that the 2020 election was stolen from him — even though, according to a new interview with ABC News' Jonathan Karl, former Attorney General William Barr knew it was "bullsh*t" and worked with now-Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to try to talk him down.

"Former attorney general William P. Barr was one of Donald Trump's most loyal lieutenants," wrote the board. "He roiled the department helping the former president's criminal friends, and his public praise of Mr. Trump redefined effusive. So the week after the 2020 presidential election, when he unleashed U.S. attorneys across the country to investigate voting irregularities, it seemed as though he was preparing to use the Justice Department's powers to bolster the lie that the Democrats had stolen the election."

And yet, the board noted, it turned out Barr privately knew all of it was "absurd."

"It was not until Dec. 1 that Mr. Barr finally announced publicly what he had known for weeks, telling an Associated Press reporter, 'To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,'" wrote the board. "It took Mr. McConnell even longer to denounce Mr. Trump's lies. One can only wonder, if Mr. Barr and Mr. McConnell had spoken out sooner, whether the 'big lie' might have struggled to deepen and fester among Republicans the way it has. But at least they acknowledged reality, a fact that to this day distinguishes them from a shockingly large number of their fellow Republicans."

There are Republicans even now who refuse to acknowledge the legitimacy of President Joe Biden's win — and are proud of it.

"Trumpworld's facially ridiculous fraud allegations did not pass the smell test last November, and they got only less credible under scrutiny," concluded the board. "Those who persist in advancing the 'big lie' today are either unhinged or so disinterested in the nation's welfare that they are willing to indulge dangerous conspiracy theories to retain power and stay in Mr. Trump's good graces. Either one should be disqualifying for public office."
